Everything is connected—including you.

You are more than just a mind thinking in isolation. You are a whole being—woven from your emotions, your body, your energy, and the generations that came before you. When you feel stuck, it’s not because something is broken. It’s because something within you is asking to be heard.

Your symptoms are not just problems to solve. They are invitations—whispers guiding you back into balance, into deeper knowing, into yourself. Holistic therapy doesn’t push discomfort away; it helps you move through it, into healing, self-trust, and transformation.

This is the foundation of my work—helping you reconnect with yourself, your body, and your wholeness.

Healing is about coming home to yourself.

Twelve years ago, I lost someone I loved to cancer. Grief slowed my life way down, and I realized that the things I thought gave my life meaning—didn’t. I had to rebuild from scratch and had no idea how to do that. I took a leap of faith, immersed myself in deep embodiment paths, and became radically alive.

When I learned to trust the wisdom held in my body, I contacted a simple yet profound truth: healing happens when we meet ourselves with awareness, compassion, presence, and pleasure. Every person I meet carries the answers they seek—it’s just a matter of tuning in.

My job is to be a safe harbor for the challenging journey of self-transformation, so you don’t have to do it alone. Together, you can reconnect with your innate wisdom, find balance, and move through life with greater vitality and authenticity.

My Approach

Healing looks different for everyone. Some paths start in the body, others in the mind. Together, we’ll find what supports you—what feels true, what brings ease, what helps you move through the world with more presence.

  • Your body holds its own story, shaped by the search for safety, connection, and autonomy. Like a tree bending toward sunlight, you’ve adapted—sometimes in ways so subtle they’re hard to see.

By turning inward, you can recognize these patterns—not to fix them, but to understand them. Somatic psychotherapy offers a way to meet yourself with curiosity, release what’s been held, and move through life with more presence and ease.

  • Your mind is made up of distinct parts—each with its own role, shaped by experience. Some protect, some strive, and some carry wounds too heavy to bear alone. IFS helps you listen to these parts with curiosity rather than judgment.

By building a relationship with them, you can access the Self—the calm, centered core of who you are—releasing old burdens, integrating past experiences, and restoring inner harmony with greater self-trust.

  • Beyond the stories we tell about ourselves lies something deeper—an expansive, interconnected Self. Transpersonal counseling explores the ways we engage with meaning, intuition, and the larger flow of life.

By loosening rigid identities and tapping into ancestral wisdom, nature, and altered states of awareness, you can cultivate presence, purpose, inner connection, and a deeper sense of belonging.

  • Thoughts are not absolute truths—they are patterns we can observe, reshape, or let go. Mindfulness teaches you to witness your thoughts rather than identify as them, helping you tolerate emotions, interrupt negative self-talk, and decrease reactivity.

Mindfulness is scientifically validated ro improve your mental health and reduce chronic pain, while deepening self-trust, resilience, and presence in daily life.

  • Trauma lives in the nervous system, shaping how we see ourselves and the world. Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) guides the brain in reprocessing distressing memories through bilateral stimulation, allowing unconscious triggers to soften and release.

By untangling the past from present reality, EMDR can restore daily functioning by defusing challenging sensations and emotions, and restoring adaptive functioning skills.

  • Sometimes, healing requires a shift in perspective. Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) allows for temporary suspension of habitual thought patterns, opening new pathways for insight and emotional flexibility.

This altered state can rapidly reduce depression and anxiety. When paired with therapy, the experience is integrated into daily life—helping you sustain lasting change and reconnect with possibility.
